the staff was super friendly and really helped us with everything we needed. our room was comfy and cozy with underfloor heating in the bathroom which was so nice! the heated pool and sauna were just what we needed after a long day of exploring. oh, and the outdoor hot tub was perfect for relaxing at night. location was great for chilling out in nature!

it was a bit of a hassle getting to our room since the paths were steep, and the restaurant service was kinda slow during dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed the heated flooring in our room, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. The heated swimming pool was perfect for relaxation, especially after a long day of exploring. The beautiful garden area created a peaceful atmosphere that we loved!

The chalets nestled in the native forest are a real treat, offering privacy and comfort. A well-stocked room with a stunning view through the trees sets the stage for a peaceful getaway.

The steep terrain makes getting around a hassle, particularly if you're not fond of uphill climbs or have mobility issues. While you can request a golf cart ride, the wait might not be quick. The restaurant food, particularly the curry, fell flat, lacking flavor and taking too long to arrive. Some rooms also seem cramped for the price, especially with the absence of an oven when it was expected.

I loved the heated flooring in the room and the little birthday treat they surprised me with! The heated pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just be aware that the pathways can get a bit slippery after rain, but it’s still worth it. 😊
